At Elevate Cycling & Fitness Studios, we have something for everyone!

We offer a wide variety of classes, so you'll have no trouble finding something that helps you reach your personal goals.

Total Body Strength

Our Total Body Strength classes include a variation of dumb bell training, circuit training, and floor work in this 45-minute, heart-pumping, total body format. You might use medicine balls, BOSU balls, weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, TRX and other props to challenge your workout.



Energy Cycle


Our signature 45-minute, beat-based cycling class is set to the beat of the music with big beat drops. You will experience a high energy environment that gets your blood pumping and heart rate spiking! Light hand weights are used to incorporate upper body toning. This has the highest intensity of choreography, but we still offer modifications! Your bike, your ride!



Power Cycle


This class is a 45-minute heavy hill focused class to build strong muscles. We incorporate 3-4 arm songs in our 45 min class to build on upper body strength. You will love how you feel after pairing heavy climbs and weight training. Don’t worry, we still keep it fun in here!

Total Body Conditioning

Our Total Body Conditioning classes include forms of HIIT training, tabata, circuits, and other floor work in this 45-minute burn. You’ll work with medicine balls, BOSU, weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, and other props to challenge your workout.


Total Body HIIT

Burn calories, build muscle, and increase your metabolic rate with this high-intensity workout. Be prepared for benchwork, TRX, rowers, free weights, kettlebells, and more. 






Cycle and Strength

This hybrid class will raise your heart rate with 25 minutes of interval training on the bike, followed by 25 minutes of floor work with weights, kettlebells, Bosu balls, medicine balls, and TRX.


Cardio Sculpt Blast


Pulse

Pulse is a barre-inspired class, accessible for all fitness levels. Light hand weights are the key to high-rep sets that will challenge small and large muscle groups.

Honestly, this is my favorite place ever. I’ve never in my life found a gym that I actually wake up at the crack of dawn excited to go to. It’s actually addicting! The atmosphere is far from intimidating. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Anytime I see a new person in class, I always notice the instructor go out of their way to introduce themselves and help get everything set up. I love that they offer a variety of different classes! (Cycle, sculpt, strength, yoga, boxing, barre etc). The music is always awesome! would HIGHLY recommend trying Elevate if you haven’t. I’ve made some really good friends from going regularly.
