Elevate Cancellation Policy

With classes full or waitlisted, it's important that you take the time to cancel your reservation at least 8 hours prior to class time so that another client can register for the awesome workout you're missing. We get it, things come up, traffic is crazy, you or your kids are sick; life happens. If you fail to cancel a reservation and/or don't make it to class, we will charge a $15 late cancellation fee. (If there should be a sudden emergency within the two hour window, please contact us directly.) A fee of $20 will be charged for clients who do not cancel the class at all and are a "no show." Cancel your reservation IMMEDIATELY by using our Momence App and clicking CANCEL to remove yourself from the class. This is the ONLY way to cancel a class without a late charge or no show fee.


If you need assistance on understanding HOW to cancel a class, please reach out so we can help you. We want you to feel as comfortable with the app and the cancellation process.


For reoccurring members (monthly or annual), we require a 30-day notice to cancel your membership.


Please note:

If you do not have a credit card on your account and/or if it is declined, your account will show a negative balance and you will be required to balance this out upon your next visit. The late cancellation and no show fees will apply to ALL CLIENTS regardless of pass or membership type.
