  • I am new to spinning. Will I be able to handle it?

    Yes! Your bike allows you to choose the intensity level. If you start to feel tired, lower the resistance. If your energy is high and you want better results, turn it up.

  • What should I wear or what do I need to bring?

    You should wear something comfortable that you're not afraid to get sweaty in. Wear a pair of gym or tennis shoes and bring a water bottle with you. Towels, gym equipment and rental spin shoes are available at the studio.

  • Do I need to make a reservation for class?

    Yes. You need to reserve your spot for class ahead of time. Unpaid reservations will not be accepted over the phone. 


    To make a reservation, click "Sign Up" at the top of the page.

  • When should I arrive?

    If this is your first class, please arrive at least 10 minutes early in order to get acquainted with our studio and the equipment.
